About Samantha
Samantha is an experienced Event Manager and Producer, collaborator and imaginative conversationalist who specializes in creating genuine and inspirational experiences that elevate brand messaging from event concept to completion.
Originally she began her career as a wedding planner in Los Angeles with a boutique event planning company. After 4 years of weddings and freelance event producer positions, she moved to the sales side of the event business to learn the ins and outs of the planning process from a sales perspective. After three years of sales development, she moved her life to San Francisco, originally working for a winery and event venue as the Event and Venue Manager. Toward the end of 2019, she moved her career into the business event world of destination management, working for PRA, Inc. Business Events as an event producer for a wide range of high-end professional occasions in Northern California. After a whirlwind of a year, 2020, we all know the one, she has landed herself in a new position as Events Manager for the Sponsorships & Strategic Events Team at Salesforce.
Her drive to create has flourished freelance event jobs through her company Wild Incandescence Event Planning and Design throughout her professional career.
As a San Diego native, Sam is never too far from the water, always seeking the smell of salted air and quite a bit of sunshine. Some of her favorite things include freshly cut flowers from the flower market, a steaming cup of fresh lavender almond milk coffee, and wild and spontaneous adventures.
